香港4間泰國佛教公會及泰皇認可的佛寺/佛舍其中的一間,~~<<國際法身中心>>
位於灣仔軒尼斯道一商業大廈上.
佛舍面積不算大.舍內都幾個房間負責不同用途.其中最大的打坐房中央就有著和他們敬禮著的佛陀像. 此佛陀像就和法身組織在泰國有著全世界最大道場美譽的佛像一模一樣.泰國當地場館最多可以容納著1百至2百萬人.
法身中心打坐房中左面是供奉著Wat Paknam - LP Sod 大師的金身.中央是佛陀 ,而右面就是 LP Sod 的弟子,把法身派打坐帶到香港的師父. 由於是LP Sod 弟子的緣故,所以法身中心可以算是學習最原本LP Sod 打坐法門方式的好地方. 中心定期有舉辦打坐班,去到郊外寧靜的地方授課.當然中心本身都有為善信提供打坐的地方及時間.
佛舍規模不算大, 但依舊都有保留所有泰國禮佛的傳統禮節.每有泰國重要節日更會透過電視當中和泰國同步進行法會活動.
每星期日的早上9:00-11:30am 都有供僧,早課的活動.
在香港島,因時間而不方便的版友,可以考慮到中心禮佛 只此一家!!!

I got a question on where can I buy the necessary stuffs for 供僧?  In Kowloon City?

For the necessary Stuffs for 供僧 , its not a must for "Thai Stuffs"
U can buy anything that WE use In usual.
Tooth brush , Tooth Plaste , shower gel , toilet paper... what ever . Not just food. What u'll use and spend at home. then u can get them for  供僧. U can get anything u want to LP in regular supermarket or Stores.
In HK , not just kowloon city have thai stuffs. Theres a street in Wan chai Market Near Wan chai MTR  selling thai stuffs also.

Si Hing,
For my limited knowledge, I knew Dhrammakaya is meditating in a different way from other, like concentration on breathing in and out.  They are concentrating on a small point at the center of the body.... I read from the Dhrammakaya English homepage before and tried it as well, but find it difficult to visualize.  Does Si Hing try it before?
As for practising the meditation on concentrating on breathing, I got a problem on difficult to concentrate, does Si Hing got any recommendation?  As I also got a question which is after you concentrated on your breathing, then whatelse to do?  Just keep going on keeping your mind on the breathing in and out till the session end?

About your technical question , i have no authority to give comment to u.
i'm not an expert. But keeping your mind peace is the main aim for all beginner.
We can try in 5 min , 10 min , 20 min , 30 min ...etc.  Just try to keep your mind Free. Concentrated on your breathing is a method to avoid u to think of other unnecessary things while meditating.

For more technical question and the problem u're facing . i suggest you go direct to the D.I.S
to ask LP there. Cos if we try it ourself at home alone without any experienced turtor beside , its not a good method that i will advise. Thx. :)
